Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Italy and Spain

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We charge a flat shipping fee of €2.90 per order.

For orders with a value of €60.00 or more, we offer free shipping.

All shipments are sent including all applicable taxes, duties and customs fees.
As a rule, no additional costs will be incurred by the customer upon delivery.
Should country-specific fees or processing costs nevertheless be incurred by the shipping service provider in exceptional cases, these shall be borne by the recipient.

In the event of a partial return of goods from an order for which free shipping was granted based on the order value, free shipping will only remain applicable if the value of the goods retained by the customer is at least €60.00. If the amount falls below this threshold as a result of the return, we reserve the right to take the regular shipping costs of €2.90 into account when issuing the refund or to deduct them from the amount to be refunded.

Deliveries abroad:

We charge the following flat shipping fees for international deliveries:

Italy and Spain: €2.90

For orders with a value of €60.00 or more, we offer free international shipping.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 5-21 days, and for international deliveries within 5-21 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your

payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single shipment unless we have made

different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest

delivery time that you have ordered.
