How can I return an item?

We accept returns within 14 business days of receiving your order. You can find further information on the process on our Info → Returns page.

What can I do if my order is incomplete or hasn't arrived at all?

In some cases, orders are shipped in two separate shipments, which may cause a slight delay. Please check the tracking information in your shipping confirmation first.

If you don't see anything there or your order remains incomplete, please contact us and we will take care of it immediately.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna (Sofort, invoice, installment purchase), PayPal, PayPal Checkout, Bancontact, EPS.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email immediately to: info.baselineclub@gmail.com . If you have already paid for your order, it can only be canceled if the order is not yet being processed. Otherwise, you have the option of returning the goods to us after receipt. You can find information about this under the Returns section.

My return has not been processed yet!

Refunds for returns can generally take up to 14 business days after we receive them. If this deadline is exceeded, please provide us with the tracking number of your return, your order number, and a list of the returned items.

I received an order from another customer.

If you find an order in your package with the invoice addressed to a different customer, the shipping labels appear to have been swapped. Please contact customer support (info.baselineclub@gmail.com). Send a picture of the other customer's invoice and a picture of the packaging showing the shipping label, along with your order number. You will then receive a return label, and your correct order will be reshipped.

How do I know what size I need?

In every product description, you'll find a size chart to serve as a guide and help. This information is located directly above the size selection for the respective product.

If you're still unsure, please contact us by email at info.baselineclub@gmail.com. Tell us your height, weight, and the product name, and we'll help you find the right size.

What is the best way to care for/wash my product?

You can find the care instructions on the care label inside the garment, usually attached to the side seam.

In addition, all important information on how to properly care for your item is listed on each product page under “Product Description & Care Instructions.”
