Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

- on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;

- on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;

You have the following options:

  • Use the "Withdraw from Contract" button in the footer of our website. The online form will guide you directly through the process, or

  • use the model withdrawal form that was sent to you together with the order confirmation by e-mail. However, use of the form is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

In the case of a partial return of goods from an order for which free shipping was granted based on the order value, free shipping will only remain applicable if the value of the goods retained by the customer is at least €60.00. If the amount falls below this threshold as a result of the return, we reserve the right to take the regular shipping costs of €2.90 into account when issuing the refund or to deduct them from the amount to be refunded.

Promotional Offers and Partial Withdrawal

For orders placed as part of promotional offers such as "Buy 2 Get 1 FREE" or comparable multi-item purchase promotions, the respective promotional discount only applies if the conditions required for the promotion continue to be met.

If not all items required for the promotion are retained in such an order, the corresponding promotional benefit will no longer apply. In the event of a partial withdrawal, the order will therefore be recalculated retroactively, taking into account the regular prices of the items retained. Promotional discounts already granted will be adjusted accordingly.

Example: Under a "Buy 2 Get 1 FREE" promotion, three items are ordered, one of which is free. If two items are subsequently withdrawn and only the item that was originally free is retained, the promotional discount will no longer apply. In this case, the retained item will be charged at its regular price. In addition, the applicable shipping costs for the remaining order value may be charged if the conditions for free shipping are no longer met after the recalculation.

Alternatively, the entire order, including the originally free item, may be withdrawn and returned. In this case, the withdrawal of the entire order will be processed in accordance with the statutory provisions.

The consumer's statutory rights, in particular the statutory right of withdrawal, remain unaffected by this.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must send or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The customer bears the burden of proof for the return shipment of the goods. We therefore expressly recommend returning the goods with shipment tracking, as we cannot issue a refund in the event that a package does not arrive at our premises without corresponding proof of shipment.

Exclusion or Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs;

- for the supply of goods that may spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded;

- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;

- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts

- for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;

- for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
