After receiving your order, you have the option to cancel or return items within 14 days. Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Cancellation via button: You can quickly and easily exercise your right of cancellation directly via the "Cancel Contract" button, which you'll find in the footer. This takes you directly to the online cancellation form.

Cancellation via email / classic return form: The return form was sent to you together with your order confirmation by email. Please fill out the form, notify us of the return in advance by email, and enclose it with your return shipment as described in the form.

Regardless of whether you use the cancellation button or the return form via email, please send the goods back promptly to the following address afterwards. The completed cancellation form must be included with the package in every case:

After inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a short period of time.

In the case of a partial return of goods from an order that qualified for free shipping based on the order value, free shipping remains valid only if the value of the goods kept by the customer is at least €90.00. If this amount is not reached due to the return, we reserve the right to deduct the standard shipping cost of €5.90 from the refund amount.
