After receiving your order, you have the option to cancel or return items within 14 days. Please note that the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Cancellation via button: You can quickly and easily exercise your right of cancellation directly via the “Cancel Contract” button, which you can find in the footer. This will take you directly to the online cancellation form.

Cancellation via email / classic return form: The return form was sent to you by email together with your order confirmation. Please fill out the form, notify us of the return in advance by email and enclose it with the return shipment as described in the form.

Regardless of whether you use the cancellation button or the return form via email, please send the goods back promptly to the following address. The completed cancellation form must be enclosed with the package in all cases:

After the returned goods have been inspected, the refund will be issued to the payment method originally used within a short period of time.

In the event of a partial return of goods from an order for which free shipping was granted based on the order value, free shipping will only remain applicable if the value of the goods retained by the customer is at least €60.00. If the value falls below this amount due to the return, we reserve the right to take the regular shipping costs of €2.90 into account when issuing the refund or deduct them from the amount to be refunded.
